Pour Decisions is a small, simple game — happily, there isn't much to support. But here are answers to the questions you might have:

I'm stuck on a level!

That's the game working as intended 🙂 Use the undo button (top right) as many times as you like, grab your free spare tube from the bottom bar, or hit restart (top left) for a fresh go. Every level is generated with a guaranteed solution.

Some tubes are grey — is that a bug?

No, that's a mystery level! Only the top colour of each tube shows; the rest reveal themselves as you pour. Anything you've revealed stays visible, even if you undo.

How do I turn the sound or music off?

Tap the speaker or music-note buttons at the bottom of the screen. The phone's silent switch also mutes the game completely.

I have trouble telling the colours apart.

Tap the eye button at the bottom of the screen — every colour gets its own symbol.

Can I transfer my progress to a new phone?

Progress is stored only on your device, so it doesn't transfer on its own — but levels are endless and the difficulty settles in quickly, so you won't lose much by starting fresh. (Tell us if you'd love cloud sync — see below.)
